Post Anyone looking for an Alpine Changer?

I have a CHM-S620 compact changer that I decided not to install. It is In excellent cosmetic condition with very little use on it. It comes ready to install with 6 Cd magazine, extention cable and mounting hardware. Email me if interested.

Will that plug-n-play on a 97 without the hifi option? I admit I have not pulled the carpet in the trunk, but I don't see where it would go from the factory.

Don't know for sure, I had it in my Mercedes and it was compatible with the factory Bose HU. You might want to check with swstereo.com They specialize in German radios and changers and have a toll free # for questions.

This is a small, compact changer that can mount in the front left corner of the trunk or possibly even the glove box.

Have checked extensively on the net if other than OEM changers can be used with the Porsche (Becker) head unit. It seems that it is possible to use a Sony changer with a special adapter, but this will cancel the GAL function on the later Becker models. Best get the OEM part if you have OEM head unit.
