Really Nice. A work neighbor with a 996tt cabriolet has those wheels and I wondered what they'd look like on a 993. Now I know. Those wheels were a thought, but now I have a set of K18's on order. Your car looks awesome!!!

IMHO, that is one of the super-coolest 993s on the board. love the script, stance, shoes . . .

Your car looks amazing! I really like the wheels...and, you're probably the only one on this board with them on a 993...that's cool!

Thanks everyone for Da Kine Words. I call it my Hawaiian Stylin' trying to make it look different from everyone else. Can't wait for the next mod I could tell you but I'd have to Kill you. I think you'll like it though.

------------------------------------------------------
Rich, You should've Ping'd me when you were in town I would of loved to meet you. We could of gone out for some grins. Next time Brah

KKim: Eh Brah?! Just tryin' to stay up with da-kine Jones or should I say Kims.

Husky: It's the AJUSA wheel that comes with the Airbag. I believe the brand name is Atiwe and the wheel itself is the "Le Mans".

Thanks again everyone.

Scott,

Boy, you've done a lot to your car since the last time we spoke. I want to test drive your LWF to see what it feels like on a NA.

D@mn that is hot!!! At least for me, the newer wheels give your 993 a cool retro look.

Scott,
Love the spoked look on that car. Perfect! So am I the only one on the board who's not sure which rims those are? They're the new GT3's right?

Gosh, I hate to be the lone dissenter... but it's not my cup of tea. The wheels seem to overwhelm the car. They're also anachronistic, but that's kind of the theme of the car apparently. I love your interior, though!

Hey G,
You know me. I got to make myself different from everyone else. I still have some more mods up my sleeve yet. I like to just come out and BLAM!!!! WHERE YOU AT!

Nels,
Long time I was asking Bob about you when he was mounting my new shooz. So how was Cuba? We'll have to do lunch one day, you still out in Livermore?

JRGordonSR,
These are Factory take offs from a 04 996TT wheel because of the offset but they look identical to the GT3. If you go to the GT2/GT3 forum I posted a thread "Looking for a set of GT2 wheels". That's where I found out which wheels really could work.(Thanks to Viken and other folks there) Even surprised ViperBob a little he wasn't sure it would fit because the rears are 11x18 and he hadn't seen anyone try this before. But lo and behold it works. I definitely need to go with 295/30/18 tires, the 285 are a stretch but they still work fine.
