Mike, if you get serious, PM me about a PPI. There are some real shark shops where your prospect is for sale. I wouldn't go to HBL if they paid me to let them do a PPI. They are criminals, though they have recently hired a few good guys. Still, you can't polish a turd.

hahahaha... that's whats everyone is telling me including guys from eurosport and euroclassics.. specially now that the 997 adapted a lot from the 993, not only cosmetically from the lights, but also the steering ratio(before the 30deg/when the variable steering kicks in) to bring back the feel of the road to the driver...

Three Wheelin'
The 2001 is not faster than the 2002---they changed the engine as well as facelifted the car in 2002. $48K for an '00 or an '01 Carrera is too high IMO--you can probably find a 30K mile 2001/2000MY for around $40K. Be patient--the 996 market is hilariously soft and you will find a good car at the right price. The longer the 997 is out the better it will get for Buyers of 996s.

For anyone else planning on checking out the car for Mike, it is NOT located at their tyson's location, but instead at their Fairfax location.
I'll be swinging by later today...

Yeah, I've seen it at their lot on Rt. 50 near 123. Looked nice as I was driving by, but 996s don't do much for me. The 997 S, well that's another story.

Sorry I didn't get to check it out for you... I was busy back at the ol' shop this week and unfortunately couldn't get by there while they were there. If you are still interested and haven't had someone look at it come 2005, let me know and I'll take a peek at it for you as, once again, I'll be right in that area.
Have a very merry Christmas, everybody!
