Default Can't find the DIY Motorsound link on p-car or in archives

The one that Kelly listed a while back in the archives is no longer there...does anyone have an active link that can send me to it

Thanks!

Yes, they seemed to have disappeared. If you remove your airbox lid and look at the inside, you should see faint outlines of the hole pattern...like a casting flash. If you go on Ebay or the Fabspeed site, and look at the Motorsound air box pictures, you will see where the little holes go, on your stock box, that will help you find them. If you look on the "inside" of the lid at an angle, you will most likely see the outline of this hole pattern. Just keep trying different angels. Once you see the outlines you can use a punch to mark the holes then just drill each, your template is built for you. Or you can built a template for where the holes will go on the computer, tape it on the front of the airbox and drill away. Process is a no brainer. BTW, some people copy the exact hole size around 1/8", which I did, others drill quarter size holes. Below is a link to a 964 DIY: slightly different air box lid, but same theory.

Good luck!

Just for historical value, the site has been moved. The new link address for the airbox mod is...

http://members.rennlist.com/pcaracing/airbox.html

Had to do some searching to find it.
