Default Air Box question....?

I just recieved my new cover for Genuine Motorsound. What do I do with the rubber plug? Put it on or leave it off? Also, I thought I was getting the whole box.... guy sent me just the cover.... is that right? does it make a difference (from standard 993 air box)???

thank's

It is normally only the cover which changes.

I'm not sure what you mean by the rubber plug but there is normally a vent tube from the clutch which connects to the cover

the cover is the only airbox change for the motorsound package. I agree with Graham, the only rubber plug could be for use with the vent tube, unless you have a tip. car?

Well, yes I do have a Tiptronic so I guess I should plug the hole with the rubber plug off the old air box cover. Correct?

Thank's guys
