Wrecked Vesuvius at Copart in Illinois
|
Even at a glance of a photograph, it seems the driver's door doesn't close. Not a car I'd want to own, no matter how cheap. I'm surprised it's allowed to be repaired?
|
Wow. What a shame. Second totalled Vesuvio I've seen in my years on here. I wonder whose car that was.

After seeing the resurrection of Limoncella anything is possible.

That will buff right out.
(That's a unique enough car that it might be worth the effort to fix) / |
Looks like the door closes just fine. Must have been ajar in the first pic.
|
Looks like non-US spec car (with side marker lights).

With a front driver side hit you would think the steering wheel bag would have deployed along with the passenger AB.
|
Looks like it got hit directly from the side. Maybe the airbags don't go off in that situation?

I was lucky enough to pick up the 2 toned cup II that fortunately weren't on the car during the accident. I believe it was imported out of Germany. SUV merged to make an exit and took it out.
