I am sure that there are 300 of us in CA who would want one.

I'd email Bruce Tarsia from my local Chesapeake region to find out how this is done. I think all you need to do is get 300 checks from interested parties, 300 filled out applications from Ca residents, and then petition your Ca DMV to have the plates made . Here's Bruce's email: btlt356@erols.com

Here's the application from my local Chesapeake web page to get OUR plates, just to show you our process here in MD.

Chesapeake Region-PCA Maryland License Plate Application Information Sheet
Chesapeake Region coordinates PCA Organizational Maryland License Plates issued through the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA). The license plate program promotes the visibility and camaraderie of PCA and serves as a fund raiser for Chesapeake Region events. The total cost for the PCA license plates is $35, which includes the $25 MVA fee, and a $10 Chesapeake PCA fee.

If you would like to obtain the PCA License Plate(s), complete the Information Sheet on this page. Once we receive your Information Sheet, we will mail you the MVA Application-Certification form for Organizational License Plates. The MVA form is a two-part State form, which requires the owner and any co-owner’s signatures.

Please complete the MVA Application form and mail the form along with your checks to the address below. Make your $25 check payable to MVA. Please enclose a separate $10 check payable to Chesapeake Region-PCA to cover a one-fund raising fee.

PCA License Plate Coordinators
PO Box 8144
Elkridge, Maryland 21075-8144

Important: Do not mail the MVA form and checks directly to MVA.
Requirements: You must be a PCA Member and the car must be registered in Maryland. The PCA Plates are not limited to Porsches. You can apply for PCA plates for all your cars registered in Maryland.

For further information, email Bruce Tarsia.

Hope this helps.

Hiya Jeff

I don't think IL offers 'em. They have the PCA logo on the plate, similar to the college logos here.

Hi

To see a pic of the illustrious PCA plate, check out my website Pic #4 http://gallery.rennlist.com/gallery/96C4S and there's also a pic on page #3, though it's obscured by the clunky K40 license plate holder.

Hi Steve. I have a tape of a show at Deer Creek in Noblesville IN circa 93 or 94. If you could dub me a copy of the show at Autzen I would do the same. As I remember, Cracker opened and Jerry did Candyman and Sugaree.(not a dry eye in the house) A Saturday show?

My new plate may be GR8FLRD. Not sure yet since the 993tt is not due to arrive till early March. Can't wait. Looks like I may need to lower it. I see pss-9's are on sale from Gert.
