Default Pastel Yellow??

Here are some pictures of my car since I changed the suspension. I installed The H&R/Bilstein with sway bars lowered suspension package from Carnewal. We are having problems installing the rear sway bar so until we figure it out I have the stock one installed. If any one has installed this package and figured out the rear sway bar installation please let me know.

This is the only 911 I have seen that is Pastel Yellow. I have seen 1 boxster. Is there any one out there that has seen this color or owns one?

1st picture is before the suspension.

Hi Rand, give me a call and we can talk about your sway bar issue....

PS, your kids were hoping that the ride in my car would push you to get a Turbo...

Is the kit you got from Ger t the one with the RS rear sway bar ??
I believe it comes with the RS drop links??

If so, spin the sway bar mount on the shock to the lowest point on the shock, then position the sway bar UNDER the lower control arm of the suspension. (the stock sway bar goes above the control arm.)

If the car is on a hoist with the wheels hanging, this will not be possible without interference...the car should be on a drive-on type lift.

i will look for a picture.

Edit: found one http://p-car.com/susfaq/rssway.jpg

I have Bilstein HDs with RS swaybars/RS drop links on my car, and they were installed similar to the picture. (the shocks in the pic are H&Rs i think?? )

Rand--- Although Jauder and I were discussing the color of your car
at Willow a couple weeks ago,
and we could not come to a.. uh.. uh... complimentary conclusion
we both decided that any 993 is a beautiful thing AND I have seen
a turbo S in a pastel yellow.

I deny all such discussion and place the blame squarely on Paul. I do however admit I am now a big fan of Speed Yellow, in light of DasYellowZonker and Jim Morton's SY Turbo.

Bob. That ride in your car definitely made me set my goals. My son wants me to get the Turbo so he can have my car. He turns 16 in Oct. Wishful thinking.

OG and icerbofh. EVERYONE has a silver, blue or black car. I like things that are a little different and I love yellow cars.

OG Have you decided which way you are going on the Rumble. I am going to meet up with someone in Santa Clarita and than the group in Ventura. Hope you come my way.
