OFF TOPIC: Why my non-Porsche sucks
I picked up my 97 993 2S yesterday, and garaged it at my soon-to-be inlaws place in OC yesterday. this morning, I woke up early, and was going to grab some supplies, then head down to Tustin for the breakfast meeting. My Volvo wouldn't start, of course, not when I left my apt., but in the middle of the frickin parking lot! I am so mad, I just got it out of the shop yesterday, no wonder why people drive their 911's everyday. All I want is my 993 
I wouldn't mind spending money on my Porsche, but it sucks when the car you're trying to get rid of gives you the problems.
does anybody have more probs with their other car than their Porsche? I am just curious.
It's 85* in LA today, no clouds...

Congrats again, CJ! Get some pics up on the board. I don't think I could handle not having my new car in MY garage the first night of ownership. That must have been tough.

Love my non-Porsches 
If it only had better brakes, less body roll, less under steer, a better engine note, didn't run out of breath at 4K, had better syncros... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

MPM, see this months European Car magazine, great shop called Auchtuning that can make that S4 have some real life to her..... of course that would mean less money for the Porsche. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

the first sat. of last month I was getting ready to leave for the breakfast meeting at Hoffs Hut. Went to start our new volvo to move it out of the driveway so I can get the 993 out of the garage. Battery completely dead (in the Volvo). I thought to myself "isnt this why we bought a 'new' car, so we dont have to worry about this kinda crap".
disappointing really.
