993 WB Values are UP!!!

Funny thing is everyone was excited about the carbon bits but they were not originally optioned on the car, but were added sometime after the fact. If the car were optioned originally with those bits it would have the following option codes:
- X56 Instrutment Carrier Carbon
- X57 Door Panel Trim in Carbon
- X71 Aluminum Instrument Dials
- Y05 Brake Shifter Carbon/Aluminum
- It could have also had carbon packages Y04 (which included X56, X57)
- 00011 – Exclusive option
- 09991 – Exclusive option

get a NB 1993 , even a cab, yes it has 10hp less , but they go for 50k. ( early 95 have the OBD1 , less headache )
I think the ones who are paying 150,000$ and over for the WB S will not even drive them )
don't say you missed out, get the NB , you will be very happy and you can save 100k
good luck

I own a 1995 993 cab. I know cabs are not popular here , but if you are not planning to track the car

it's hard to speculate (impossible, really), but i'm not sure i'd count on these prices making any significant correction moving forward and getting another opportunity. strange times...

Three Wheelin'
- 00011-references when a car is Paint to Sample
- 09991- Just means it has at least one exclusive option, In this cars case it would be XN7 which is a leather parking brake lever. One has to remember on the 993 era there were just 20 unique "numbered" options (the typical things like motor sound, power seats, sport chassis, 18" wheels, etc). The rest are "exclusive" X or Z option codes.

Here are more details ... from original for sale ad.

it still needs to be moved and it's highly unlikely that a dealer is going to take the hit of a car that's not quite on the up and up.

Not sure if I'll get anywhere but will try.
I have heard bits and pieces about this car but don't have the definitive skinny on it so any info is helpful.

This dealer is very close to me and I will try to stop in and talk to them. I hold the guy who runs GG in high esteem and I hate to see his reputation tarnished by this car.
