MY: 1996 or 1997
Type: RWD Carrera Coupé or Carrera S (AWD, Cabriolet and Targa need not apply)
Gearbox: 6-speed manual (no Tiptronic)
Color: Riviera or Turquoise (non-metallic) blue

This isn't exactly what your looking for (it's a Targa), but I saw it last weekend and it's a pretty clean car.

That's more like Ocean Jade Metallic, or Turquoise Green Metallic. Non-metallic Turquoise blue looks like this:

Here's a pic of my Turquoise Blue C4S I sold in December.

BTW: I have two sets of matching bumper plugs (4 plugs in total) if anyone wants to buy them!

In hindsight... maybe you should have asked for a 1998 metallic blue, tiptronic, C4 cabriolet...?
