Default 993 Tinplate Nirvana...

Been looking for the Blue Coral version, since the madness first struck in 2009. I have a few of each of the others, but the duck billed platypus/unicorn version has eluded me. Bought every other version within reason I found...eBay, Hershey, etc.

Finally completed the set via eBay UK...wasn’t cheap, compared to the others. That being said, personally digging it. If anyone has more of these...unfortunately I apparently am an immediate buyer.

I spend enough money on models I am glad I didn't know about these. They are cool.

Blue Coral was my go to paint polish / wax product line in the mid/late 70's.
Nothing else made my 68 440 Charger so SHINY!

Enjoy.

Another Blue Coral one popped up on eBay UK...immediately bought it. Now I have two complete sets, and counting.

I apparently am overcompensating for the fact that I can’t collect 1:1 versions, so I’m attempting to horde 1:18, 1:24 1:43, and 1:64.

If there’s a scale I’m missing, please PM me...or maybe don’t, as I’m well aware or RC scale goodness after all

I still build model cars and have yet to build the Italeri 1:24 scale 993. They were always on Ebay a few years ago but now it is hard to find one. I also have a MR Models 1:43 scale resin and white metal kit of a street 993. Regular narrow body. I have started it a couple times but haven't finished it yet.
