Default A/C Air Temp at Vent

What should the air temp be, at the vent, after the A/C has been on the MAX setting for 20 minutes, on a day where the outside air temp is 83F?
The car is a 1996 993C4.
Thank you in advance

Thank you very helpful!
Is the y axis cabin temp 6C (43F) to 11C (52F) at an outside temp, x axis, of 80F (26.6C)?

X axis is outside temp, and Y axis is temp in the center vents. The Repair Manual says windows up, set to Max cooling with fresh-air blower to stage 4. Then it says these temps "must be reached after approx. 10 mins. operation time at a speed of 2,000 rpm with the compressor switched on." I'm not sure what that means -- are you supposed to sit in the car with your foot on the throttle for 10 mins at 2,000 rpm? Seems weird.

Basically yes, at tick over the compressor is not engaged
