Clearing Airbag Light on 1995 993?
Hi,
I recently removed the clock on my 1995 993 C4, and unplugged the airbag warning light in the clock while the car had power. Now it seems I have activated my airbag warning light. Can somebody recommend a tool to clear the light? I am pretty sure my car is an OBD1, but with a rectangular plug. If anyone in SF has the necessary tool, I would be very grateful to use it for a few minutes!
Thank you!

you need to find somebody with a Bosch hammer, a PST 2, or a PIWIS, Porsche specific diagnostic tester.
Some say the durametric cable will do the job, but I was unable to have the Durametrics communicate with the airbag module.
Any shop with one of the afformentioned tools, would probably charge a nominal fee to turn off the light.

My Scantool interface cleared the airbag light on my early '95. Nowadays you can get the adapter cable here:

Cant guarantee it'll work on late '95 but it might!
