Default Looking for the BEST restoration paint shop

Hello all. I am located in Fairfield, CT. I am looking for the absolute BEST Porsche/Classic Car restoration shop. I need my front windshield replaced, and I need some minor but tedious paint touch up. I am not looking for merely a good body shop. I am looking for someone that is accustomed to working on special cars and knows the in's and out's of the older Porsches. I want someone that will take pains and time to get my paint touch ups as close to perfect as possible.

I am willing to travel some for the right shop/person (within reason). If you know of this type of place within a 2-3 hour drive from me in CT, please let me know. THANKS!

Talk to Pino @ RSR Autobody in Wyckoff, NJ or Robert at FinalTouch collision in West New York, NJ both know these cars inside and out and are masters at their craft. You could also reach out Paterek in Summit, NJ.

The Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta does work on classic Porches, although their work is probably VERY expensive. Also, I received something from Porsche saying one of the two local dealers in our area is a certified Classic Car site (or something like that). No idea what that means but apparently dealers are trying to focus on Classic P car work.
