I wasn't directly involved with the installation of my x-pipe, but the guys that did the install didn't mention having any fitment issues. I'll ask them on Monday. I've got the stock cans attached.

Ok so apparently we loosened the bolts at the heat exchangers and while forcing the pipe end up we tightened the passenger side back up. After that, it was just lining up the mufflers. Done!

Anyone know how to upload a video bigger than 5MB?

You can upload the video to one of your shared servers, dropbox, iCloud etc. and then just put the link in the message body.

I'm personally not a fan of the X-pipe on the 993. I have run two different x-pipes and much prefer the exhaust separated.
I don't really think it matters all that much in the end, but the OEM exhaust had two separated banks and I believe this was done for a reason. Each exhaust pipe being fed by 3 cylinders gives the exhaust a little more character IMO.

Oh man. That must sound incredible. The reduction in weight must also be significant. Win Win.

If you don't like your neighbors and if you don't mind wearing a few more layers of clothes in the winter than this is the bees knees imo. I've since had the 991 gt3 muffler cerakoted black to match the header pipes.
