Default eBay Spark Plug Wire Set OEM Beru 993 609 050 00 - $320.00

If you are in the market for a new set of wires, I just ordered these off of eBay for $319.50.
Appear to be the real deal.

Blue Ocean,

That is indeed a great price! Any way to determine if the screw-type wire end terminals, as shown below, are used? Some sets (maybe not Beru) use a different type, perhaps not as secure.

Interesting, I have used both Beru & Bosch caps with these wires, the styles of the posts in the cap or the clip in the wires that slip over are slightly different than the Bosch branded and even sound different when pressed onto the caps. However, the wires from Beru over many years of use seem to be compatible with the Bosch caps. Both brands seem durable to the point where the terminations outlast the wire insulation and that is a very long time!

This DIY write up by Bruce7, captures what Bobby is talking about.

The plug ends should easy screw/twist off the wires. If they don't then they are the crimped version...

Hey, that pic looks familiar.

That would be a good deal if they are made with the screw terminals.

I tried to twist one off gently and it didn't seem like a twist connector.
Didn't want to try too hard and screw up a new set of wires.

With the "twist off" style of connectors, you would still need some silicone spray under the connector edge to be able to twist them off easily.

By the way, none of the part numbers molded into the rubber connectors in your 1st post are the same as those on my 1995 original (twist off) connectors.

The 1st number in the cell is the Beru part number, then followed by the Porsche part number,
