I'm just going to use M1 15-50 because Pep Boys has 5 qt jugs for $30.98 with a mail in rebate of $15. So 10 qts will cost about $30.
And now I think I will use the first container I posted, inside a HD cement mixing tubs

[QUOTE=Blue Ocean;15762037]What have you guys found to be the best oil drain pan?
I purchased this 10 qt thinking it would be easy to take take the old oil in to be recycled. But I'm concerned with oil splashing.
I do like this one because you can store it on end in between oil changes and it doesn't leak on the floor and, has a small footprint. After using I drain it into a 5 gallon diesel jug for my trip to the local recycler. I would never travel with the drain tub in the picture because there are too many ways for oil to leak. And yes, it does splatter a little bit.

I won't buy anything from Home Depot. Go to your pet store and buy a kitty litter box. Some kitty litter boxes have a lip designed to prevent your cat from kicking the litter out of your cats litter box. This is perfect to minimize splashing.
Stay away from Home Depot!!!

I assume your cat could still use this between oil changes? On the day of the oil change you would just have to tell your cat to hold it while you are busy with more important business. What oil is less likely to be absorbed by the plastic, Brad Penn or V-Twin? I don’t want any residual oil irritating my cat.
