Default Steep entry underground ramp

I am moving in March to a new apartment. The entry to the new shared garage has a very steep slope, and when i bring the car inside the front side of the car touches the garage floor. It scrapes a bit in front. Since it is a rented apartment so I can not modify the structure. Has anybody had a similar problem and found a solution? Approaching it at angle does not help, neither going down backwards. Any ideas? A removable rubber wedge?

Look at Gert's front protection bar at Carnewal.

Buy some rubber horse stall mats at a farm supply store such as Southern States. The 3/4 inch thick, extremely durable mats can be cut into one foot wide strips and used to create a built-up section on the entry lifting the edge of your vehicle slightly so it doesn't ground. I stake mine to the driveway with drain gutter 8 in nails. This is how I solved a similar problem I have at the apron at the end of my driveway where the crown in the road is rather steep.

I think you previously indicated your 993 is your daily driver. That could get a tad tiresome with the ramps everyday, no?

None of these add-on gadgets will do anything to resolve your issue. You need more clearance- raise your ride height.

Yeah, am considering raising it 2-3 centimeters... just hoping I don’t have to...

Will probably have to bite the bullet and raise it a tad.... luckily it scrapes really minimally...

The FPB reduces your clearance by approximately 1". If that's what's scraping, just remove it and you're golden.

I need to add a word of explanation: this happened in the garage of the new apartment. Catatrophic.

I have now found an underground garage nearby, and it just barely scrapes.
