discount does not work, and I know better to think someone would answer a customer service number on Thanksgiving.
Very disappointed in this company, they make great products, but their customer service is quite poor. (from prior promises that any sale would be notified me in emails that never come)
Where did you see this sale info ? It is 11/22 but it's not happening.
