Is it safe to pull out horn fuse on 1995 Porsche 911 carrera? Horn keeps going off every time I turn the steering wheel.

Yes. And I believe its fuse number 13.

I disagree that it is safe to full the horn fuse...because you will obviously no longer have use of your horn. You need to be able to use your horn. IMO, you need to fix the problem which is causing your horn to go off every time you turn your steering wheel. And the problem is the "Airbag Retaining Frame" (993.347.088.01) needs to be replaced. Very common problem...do a search and you will find much discussion on here about it.
