....
RS uprights would have been nice, but they are on back order and BBI's are a little too expensive in my opinion. Also, uprights aren't necessary for a street car. ERP bump steer kit was enough, but to really get down to RS height you need JRZ or KW coilovers as PSS10's don't let you lower the car enough. Something I learned on my last build.

The determining factor for RS wheel carriers (or the BBI or 9M clones) is ride height at RS or lower you want the RS parts. Particularly since you already did the rear subfram mounts which moves the suspension up into the chassis. The front needs a similar adaption.
w/ a racing suspension you really want a racing ride height, otherwise you are compromising a great suspension
The icing will be a trans regear.

I disagree

totally agree.... too much talk of allocations and PTS these days... trying to bring back the old rennlist where we shared ideas, builds, DIY and learned a few things a long the way..... hopefully more people provide more constructive content.

My trans is being rebuilt at the same time.. not sure about the gearing though.. still up in the air atm.. That is also a slippery slope. What's your thoughts on a street focused transmission/ best bang for the buck?

Bill do you have a set of stock RS carriers for sale?? I'd go that route if they were available.. but until then... i'm happy with my set up. I won't be racing my car. This is more of a canyon cruiser/drivers car.

Looks like a great 993 already! Please post a video with sound when Rothsport engine is in and running !
I've never seen those rear A-arms before, are they ERP parts also?

I agree BBi or 9m clone parts seem a bit pricey, don't know about the o.s tierods, I never went that route
As to gearing I have a g50/30 from a 993Cup/RSR. gearing seems really good to me, in a 300hp/2740# car
Here's a comparison of some options

Who's rear A arms are those? Was looking for something like that when I did my rear suspension but couldn't find anything. Also I would recommend building or buying an eccentric lockout kit. When I went to full heim joints I built lockouts for the eccentric bolts, all the alignment should be done via changing the length of the arms instead of moving the arms themselves.
