Default Paint Correction and Ceramic Pro

Last fall I had the 997's Meteor Metallic Gray paint corrected, swirl marks removed and Ceramic Pro coating applied to the paint, wheel and calipers. The results were so impressive I decided to do the same to the 993.

As many of you know with Arena Red, it seems to get swirl marks just by walking by it and my car also had some light etching on the roof and hood - probably from the PO washing it outside in the sun. I'd never found anyone I trusted with the 993's paint, but my indy shop in Syracuse (Cantech Automotive) has a fantastic paint and nano-coating pro on staff now so off the car went.

Photos attached that don't do the car justice - the finish looks wet, like you could dive right into it and there isn't a swirl mark or blemish anywhere. John (the tech) also did the wheels and calipers. The best part - at least for me - is no more waxing!!

That looks great! I really dislike detailing... I might have a look at doing this.

Yeah you got it made. I’m convinced the region to by a P is the northeast - they spend half their lives in storage.

Ceramic Pro has a good website. I love the “no wax” needed ever part. Just wash and Zaino detail spray.

Mike- beautifully done! I usually do all my own corrections but may have to get off my cheap a$$ and hire a pro for ceramic coating.

Drooling, or slobbering, is the flow of saliva outside the mouth. Drooling can be caused by excess production of saliva, inability to retain saliva within the mouth (incontinence of saliva), or problems with swallowing (dysphagia or odynophagia).

Kudos to you. I was never brave enough to get near my paint with anything but claybar, Zaino wax and MAYBE a dab of polishing compound.

Looks awesome! Love the deep lips. Any rubbing at that offset?
