Does anyone know if it’s possible to jack up a tire while on this lift/ramp?

Could you better describe what you mean by " jack up a tire while on this lift/ramp" and for what purpose you would like to do this?

After driving onto the ramps and securing it (putting the back legs down of the ramp) is it possible to use a bottle jack on the jack Point of the car to take a tire off to change the oil.....

Their website does indicate it is possible to remove the wheels.

Suggest you investigate further
