Exhaust tips longer on one side
Just replaced my Fabspeed exhaust with a fister 2 and the exhaust tips are still uneven. I read about the motor mounts affecting this but mine is sticking out farther on the passenger side. I know they adjust up and down but forwards and back?
thoughts? This was the same with my Fabspeed. Also added new straps.

I doubt it’s your motor mounts. The issue is with how the mufflers are hung/installed. There is some fore/aft movement at the point where you hook the muffler onto the muffler bracket. Start there

Same here.
When i took the mufflers off last winter, and after measuring them, i realised they were not the exact same length, approx 1/2inch diff between them. Though i bought the pair brand new from same suppliers...

Very common Im afraid, tolerances from factory are quite large! You may get a small amount of adjustment if you slacken off all clamps and move things about. My OCD got the better of me and I cut 1/2" out of one tip and welded it back up, it was the only way to get them level!

Same problems with aftermarket cans as well. I have also done the Pervy mod but on the hook on the can just trimmed 10mm. off one side with a Dremmel. It does mean you have to slacken everything off, align then retighten. No need to weld. You can do both sides if neccessary 5mm +ve on one 5mm -ve on the other. Just double check before you cut the wrong end off.
