Default Carbon fiber repair

guys; I have a carbon/alum hand brake and shift lever in my c4 cab. The carbon fiber (rather the clear coat over the carbon fiber) on the shifter has a crack in it. Old age I guess. Can anyone recommend someplace to repair this? Or am I just stuck with it how it is. I'll try to post a pic a little later.

I'm repairing a damaged carbon steering wheel. The basic principle is simple but it's a little fiddly. I expect a handbrake might be fiddlier than a wheel, but I'd still give it a shot.

Jump on youtube and search for Carbon fibre skinning and see what you're up against.
