Default Fister Exhaust on 1996 993 C2 *VIDEO*

Since getting my first 911 in 2010 an 02 996 i've always had fisters on my cars- i've had them on every 996 & 997 ive personally owned & daily driven since then- Currently i have them on this 993 i just recently bought ( Not keeping car long, will be selling soon ) The fister stage 3 on the 993 sounds exhilarating, even better than on any 996/997 i've owned.

Here is a little video i made today. Revving inside cabin & drive by sound..Thanks Darin Fister for making such a great product!

TURN UP THE VOLUME!

Love that sound. Is that Stage 2 or 3? Why sell that beauty? I noticed the Ruf badge, does the car have any Ruf engine mods?

I believe its stage 3. It came with the RUF badging i think they put it on at the RUF centre where the car was always serviced & sold. The only RUF parts it has is the front brace, steering wheel, 19' RUF wheels, door sills & mats.

Selling it because i'm an aircooled dealer, real small niche 2-3 cars a month usually to Europe most of my sales..but i've been an Enthusiast way before so i always drive them for a bit first before selling. My DD is a 997S launch edition & honestly i want a 964 as my other car , the 993 feels too modern almost like my 997S.

Very nice. And, to make money on a passion is a big plus. Best of luck, The Fister III will be my first planned mod. The RS motor mounts were my first unplanned mod.

Interesting, i have been thinking about getting my dealer license once I find a place I can use as a business address and just do some car brokering for my friends. Can't afford to quit my day job but always wanted to do this on the side. Been to a few auctions and really liked the experience. When I get bored I sometimes watch the Manheim auctions. I have access to it through my work as we do business with them. We should talk.

Sure, if you'd like any info i'd be glad to help. I used to goto auction when i first started doing this, i started with 996s and 997's and Boxsters also BMW's & Mercs..cheaper cars..but those usually always needed some work, to bring up to par, once i went to LUFT event and fell in love with Aircooled cars and found my first one, thats all i've been concentrating on- Its very difficult to find these cars or get them at a fair price..i usually sell my cars within a week of advertising , because i try to sell below market, so essentially i make my money when i buy the car not when i sell it..
