Interior color
So my drivers seat was looking worn. Bought classic grey from Suflex which is suppose to be darkest. Doesn't match at all. Came out great so I got the technic down. PITA not to get lines. Started with an airbrush. Didn't work too well. Dye was too thick I guess. Searched before ordering. Consensus was classic grey was darkest. I either got wrong color or maybe I have Rubicon grey. What is your thoughts? Dash is two different colors and door panel are different then seats.

Hard to tell from your pics, but it does look like classic grey to me. Marble looks lighter and the dash tends to be completely black, not a mix of black and grey.

Thank you for the replies. Still dont understand how each car is so different. You got dash, lower dash, door panels, and seats. All can be different. Every picture I see online and using search changes. Some look lighter..others look darker. It's like a dark grey. Rubicon looks similar as well. Will take a couple more pictures to see if it helps. Got the surflex conditioner on there so it will appear shinny. Been wanting to get a COA, but not on my priority list. Any help is appreciated. Going to contact Surflex tomorrow. See if they can send me a swatch. Whatever I have now though is 100% not correct. They say its classic grey but its super light to me. Just looks grey.

Here is another one..so tough to photo..but you can see better now. Again ignore the shinny part. That ia the surflex conditioner. Letting it sit to make it softer. Yes I need new floor mat's..lol

Option code sticker says MX next to paint code. Looking at another thread it says classic grey full leather. Then someone says you can't use the 2 digit code.

My inclination would be not to buy just one seat recover but a set of two. I would also consider black seat recovers if it works in contrast to your door furniture and carpets as black doesn't show use for a very long time.

I'm glad I don't have to deal with 50 shade of gray anymore. My current interior is midnight blue and I like it, quite a lot.
PS. Yes, I know what my signature says.

Is it possible that the seats were re-dyed or re-covered in the past? I just picked up a can of surflex in classic grey code MX from color plus and it’s a perfect match. As I applied it appeared lighter in color but once it dried I can’t tell where I did the repair on my seat.
