Any Thoughts:Front End "Woosh" Sound Over Dips in Road??

Everyone-bob especially.. thanks again for the input. I might just replace the shocks rather than rebuild. Still toying with a suspension upgrade but I am living in the land of crappy roads and a little reluctant to lower the car any more than it is-we'll see what happens when the car is back on the road.

My car is about to hit 62,000 miles on the original stocks. So maybe that's why my old '79 Ford Fairmont handles better!
