Default FOR SALE - RUF 19" relicas

Hello fellow members,

I thought I'd post here first. I havve a set of replica 19" Ruf wheels that I would like to sell. They are in good to excellent condition and have Hankook tires on them that are pretty new. No curb rash at all. I'm parting with these because I just got a set of TechArt Daytonas after a long search and do not have the space to keep these since I'd rather keep my Original Turbo twists.

I'm not familiar w offsets but these did fit my 98 C2S.

I'm selling these w tires for $2500. No obo. Shipping is not included. I got these without crest so selling them the same way.

These were hard to find as you may know.

Pm me if interested.

Thanks.

Alan.

Love the Daytonas!
If you don't track/DE, I'd just get Bilstein B8 and H&R/M030/M033 springs

Looks like your wheel specs are:
F19x8.5 ET58
R19x11 ET57

thank you P Daddy. i appreciate the advice. i do not track the car....heck...lucky if get to drive it one every other week but it is nice to look at sitting in the garage.

i read up on Pss10s but is a bit pricey for me because i don't think i need the coil over feature. i really just need the car to sit about 1.5 inch lower in front and 1 inch in rear then it is now.

would changing to Bilstein B8 and H&R/M030/M033 springs do the trick?

thanks again.

Alan- I've had all the above mentioned Bilstein/lowering spring combos on my 993s. M030 was the most stiff but not bone jarring. M033 and H&R springs were very similar to each other, a bit less stiff. The B8s are height adjustable so you can dial in the desired drop. Here's a pic of my C2S with B8/H&R. I love the ride and handling. Weekend runs and spirited drives only, no track.

That last pic WILL have the OP sold on your setup. What a lovely looking 993 you own sir

All the OP will want to know now is what you paid and my guess is it's a done deal

I love the PSS10's. They are a great setup for the car. You can easily adjust them from 1 to 10 without having to jack up the car.
Also your car looks high to me. I would adjust the ride height as well.

This may be a stupid question but how do you adjust the ride height. I always assumed it can only be adjusted by changing the suspension (B8 or Pss10s) and springs.

am i missing something?

alan.
