Yep can’t find anything on those pics that doesn’t line up with the spy pics... more than likely official. I think it looks great. Some things will take a bit to grow on me but I think it’s a step up

Nice looking car. I have a few nits, like the rear hips being too wide (especially for a daily driver), but overall still a nice looking car. Still would have trouble believing those brake lights would be the final version.

Someone in this thread at one point wrote something along the lines of: "Buy the car that's available when you are ready for a car". That's good advice. I'm sticking with my 991.2 build because I don't want to wait until the end of next year to get a C2, but I would have no problem owning a 992 either.

And 99 percent of people won’t be able to tell this apart from the 991. I am sure it will be another great one, of course.

991.1 GTS vs 992 from the rear. Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. I prefer the 991 - the tailpipes, the more simplistic design (it's just overall less busy) and I prefer the smaller rear spoiler. I do like the looks of the integrated rear tail light in the 992.

...and the Sport Design mirrors are also much better looking than the 992 side mirror offering, in my opinion. What is with the shape of the mirror on the 992? It just is not as harmonious to the eye (my eyes, anyway) in comparison to the rounded mirror on the 991.

Funny, Doug Demuro said just the opposite after seeing one for the first time. Said exactly what many of us have felt, it doesn’t look like a minor refresh, but an entirely new car and much more modern.

Ahhh - and what did I say about the part between rear window lower edge and the engine intake...? It's black - no matter the exterior color. Was quite obvious on the vinyl wrapped cars..

What is the theory for the faint lines/gaps in this picture, running from the extension of the C-pillar through the rear spoiler? In the Car magazine article from a couple of month ago, Georg Kacher talked about a "trick" "three-piece" rear spoiler? A folding Transformer-like rear spoiler like on the Panamera GTS/Turbo would be cool. Car also got the painted rear bumper lower surround right in their render (not sure if any of the pre-production cars showed that).
