I like the hood indentation and actually goes well with flat front. Looks similar to older 911.

Nice the manual is going to be an option. So PDK will be bundled into the $$ increases and manual will be a $0 option now , but not really a $0 option like now

Thanks for sharing. In my opinion, this line was the key take away, "The 992 has to move with the times....".

Man...some designers at Porsche really want to see the world burn...
Sometimes decisions to where the seams are located are in the hands of engineering and manufacturing, not the designers.

I'm so excited to hear my dealer tell me these cars are all already allocated, but they will put my name on a list for only a $25k deposit and signed buyers order at cost plus $25k! Yippee!! (OK, I might have a seriously bad attitude about the dealer network at the moment.)

Here's the man who takes the lead in the direction of the 911. Some good older articles.

Fake exhaust tips suck on any car. Fake stitching on dashboards sucks. Fake anything sucks. Couldn't stand the fake exhaust tips on my GT350.

Thanks for the offer. I've decided to stick with my 991.2 TTS for a while longer. It's track safety prepped, but smooth as butter on the street, so I will soldier on with it for a few more years. I'm just tired of the allocations game with Porsche dealers.

I'm really surprised they kept that rear end. It's entirely unattractive and cheapens the product as a whole.

I think we have passed the peak of the craziness in many respects including economic. The future looks brighter for the consumer and dealers will be forced to change their tunes as sales slow.

At least those tips are real, connected to the exhaust. Not "valence finishers" attached to the bumper.
