Got passed by a Mexico Blue 992 with the spoiler up outside of Monterey Ca yesterday. It looked just fine to me. The proportions, with the wider rear end, and the front flares looked better live than in the spy pics. Nothing spoiled from the 991- and I love mine.

i am all for wider looking front fenders.
I also like the rear exhaust compared to the 991.2 exhaust.

I like how the mirrors auto fold out when unlocking the car, too! Nice touch.

Jalopnik posted an article today about seeing the 992 in Salt Lake, UT. But somehow no pics of the shifter

Better than hybrid batteries any day.

Besides, Porsche will just charge you to paint them.

One of the great things about Porsches is that, as in the old days, you can option a stripped car that is only expensive because of quality, not frills.

I saw that, too. Why wouldn't the person take interior shots? Bogus!

I am with you there 100% !!!

As far as paining those cheap looking plastic sections go , who knows how much or if that will even be an option or what it will look like.

What I do know, with almost complete certainty, is that if you don't paint them they will look like absolute sh*# after a short time by fading / discoloring or ending up with wax marks along the edges. So basically you'll be dammed if you do , dammed if you don't thanks for another brilliant call on this one Porsche!

And you’ll still have to pay extra for keyless entry, even though that too was standard on a 2013 Touareg...
