It was from The Onion, I'm assuming it was a photoshop but maybe they found a guy that looks just like fat Aaron.

I know that we've only just got a glimpse of an uncovered coupe, but has anyone done a mockup of a Targa? Would be really cool to see how the 992 design might also apply to the Targa. Thanks.

The argument you make can be applied to the 996, 997, 991 and 992. It's nothing new. They all have the rounded rear profile.

I've made the argument before that cars are being regulated into homogeneity, but saying the current crop of Astons have smoothed over all their edges and lines doesn't gel for me at all. The styling of the new Vantage is very aggressive. That newer Superleggera they debuted is also a very bold design (though perhaps not pretty). I can't see eye to eye with anyone comparing a new Aston to a Camaro.

It is much better looking in person than in the pics. It's utterly gorgeous.
The interior though is, well, not so good.
And I don't like the slushbox.

Even with that huge gaping fake front grill?

Am I the only one annoyed by the huge amount of cheap looking unpainted black plastic on the lower rear bumper covers of these spy shots?

Still a lot of tape all around it...

but like the overall design.

Although, the rear-lights are exactly one-to-one Panamera like - which is a loss of identity for the 911, even if the design is still ok.

hope that the tape is still hiding something special!
