I like it, though I think that sound is not representative due to that being a preproduction car and that mic being incredibly oversensitive.

But I like the look of the car more than the 991. Very curious to see what it's gonna look like in final form.

Humour aside, I think it looks great - looks retro. The spoiler, however, looks half baked.

Anybody else notice the panels about 6" squares on the outside of the spoiler on either end? If you recall from the earlier 992 spy pictures, they had a charging port at that same spot.

I wonder if these cars are the hybrid C4s? I bet so.

Any speculation if they will keep the 3.0L F6 with hybrid? If so, that will be a LOT of extra horsepower.

Been noted the hybrid will be Flat 6. I don't expect the hybrid to be the top performing street Carrera. That should still be the GTS. Maybe it will slot between the S and GTS. The hybrid has been mentioned that it would be available in 2020.

It doesn't seem like as much of a full overhaul as I would have expected. The wing cutouts from the quarter panel mean it's a new body and not just a bumper job like the midcycle refreshes, but where the full shape of the 997.1, 991.1, etc was new, this doesn't seem to the case here. I wonder if they're trying to save money after the dieselgate thing.
