Default Porsche connect OFF LINE. HELP!

I topped off with fuel on Saturday and that was the last time the Porsche Connect app would update. I drove a couple hundred miles afterwards and it’s still showing Saturday morning April 11. I called the Porsche tech and he had me walk through the reboot process on the 911 several times. Still didn’t work. Also won’t let me log in with my Porsche ID. SOS button is all showing OFF LINE. The service tech said it could be a backend server issue and they have to wait for the mothership in Germany to diagnose and respond. A bit frustrating but thought I would check here to see if anyone else has had any issues? Tia!

I checked my Porsche App and it appears to be updating when I tap on my car icon. It also shows its correct current location.

Mine has been acting a little wonky for the last week or so. Showing my Left window is open. Which it is not.

Default 2 Fingers

I had a similar issue and somehow discovered this 2 finger push. Reboot and good to go

2 finger push upper right hand corner of touch screen for 10 seconds.

select the last option on the engineering page

Dealership nor Porsche NA knew this. I don’t recall where I found it. Maybe here.

cheers
