Nokian Hakka 10 studded are now available for 992 staggered. After 3 winters I'm dumping my Alpin as pretty useless up here and going back to Nokian (they weren't available in 2022). It's not only snow, it's ice and COLD where Nokian really come through. Alternative would be Blizzaks, they also do quite well up here.

I took delivery of my 992.1 Carrera T last January. I did not want to drive 100 miles home on summer tires, so I purchased a set of Porsche Tequipment 19"/20" winter wheels and tires and had the dealer install them prior to taking delivery.

When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, air temperatures were in the high 20's and there was a skiff of ice on the parking lot.
