Who wants an open GTS allocation? (Sold)
I just met a friend of a friend who is a car broker and she told me she has an open allocation for a 992 GTS. I know that allocations are very coveted and a lot of times people sell them, but I'm going to forward this on to the community with a caveat that I've never worked with this person, but my friend vouches for her and her company and she is very knowledgeable. I believe this is an August build and she's selling it for msrp.

There's the email address. Have at it. Please report back cause I'm curious if this works out

Nobody owns or is selling an allocation. There is a car broker with an allocation from a dealership. They aren't selling the allocation or asking for an ADM. It's a brand new GTS at MSRP that you get to spec yourself, just the same as you would do at a dealership as far as I understand. Actually, not really the same cause there's no ADM. What is so scumbag about that?
You guys are disparaging people you don't even know. And of course if I'm wrong whoever calls her can come back here and tell the story. I''m being transparent about the fact that I don't really know how the process works. She just told me she has a GTS allocation that she needs to move and I said, oh, this could go on Rennlist. That's the end of the story. I'm not getting anything out of it. I got my own allocation through a dealer just like everyone else.

Maybe someone calls them and they say, oh you have to do X, Y, and Z to get the car. That's a very open possibility. But that's not my problem. Ya'll have the email address. Just shoot her a message and see what the deal is. If it's no good then walk away. It sounds too good to be true, but here's the thing to understand. If this broker has a relationship with a dealership and they help them move a bunch of cars like Macans and Cayennes , etc, and they get 911 allocations in exchange...they don't have the same visibility as a dealership. Nobody knows or suspects that a broker can get them a brand new 911. I would have never thought of calling a broker for one. Maybe it's real. Supposedly all ya'll want an allocation. Here a potential. Stop complaining

Tough crowd.
In any case, it's more than a little interesting that this dealer had an open allocation at MSRP that they couldn't move without the assist of this rennlist thread (apparently).
The market is definitely cooling off.

Does anyone honestly believe that a deal like this being huxtered on an enthusiast forum is going to be a straight forward MSRP deal with no other ADMs etc. as indicated by the OP. Not being a member of the "tough crowd" just realistic. Bet strong money that there is a ton of juice in this mix somewhere that the OP has either failed to mention or is unaware of.

The car has been sold, not the allocation. I didn't know how dense people can get. We're reaching new heights
