Installed the valve controller yesterday and everything worked as expected. To echo everyone else, the sound difference is very noticeable and sounds awesome. I purposely toggled the valves off before shutting down the car. With today's startup, the valves were open and the following message came on with the first drive session. Also, the Cargraphic remotes weren't working (the valves wouldn't close when pressing the #2 button). After shutting down and restarting the car after about two hours, everything worked as it should and the "reduced engine power" message was gone.
By the way, I have a MT and didn't notice any negative effect throttle response. Some others felt they did.

Any video taking with a phone inside a cabin will not really sound like the real thing. I tried but thought not to post as its just not the same as in real. In my case, the interior sound is what makes me not want to use it too often. Like someone said before, even at idle the entire cabin has some slight vibration and when pushing it its not just loud but the cabin drones (remember I used it with IPE valved exhaust, not PSE, which is already markedly louder and more aggressive). Okay for the occasional fun kick but not for my daily use. From outside, it sounds great.

I see no downside to the Cargraphic aside from spending the money. You can switch it off and put the EV back to stock with the push of a button. How many mods can but reverted back to stock with the touch of a button?

On mine, it only works when I'm not in my crowded neighborhood, too much electrical interference there. Also remember that the car is designed to transmit that signal forward to the garage door, as you approach, not backwards to the engine bay, which is shielded behind a firewall. On my Cayman, the transmitter is in the passenger side headlight.

So for those of us that think the Homelink is clunky for the purpose of activating the Cargraphic valve controller...Where is everyone putting the remote? I am looking for a good place to mount it that is easy to get to, and is mostly invisible. I know someone mounted to the steering column adjustment. Looking for other options here.
Thanks
