Default Finally an owner's review for the 992 haters!

The wonderful Janko Lind again on all the things hates (and he REALLY hates them) about his 992. All our favourites make an appearance: sound, gear-nub, missing dials, laborious access to sports settings etc...

But his last sentence sums it up perfectly in my book... thank you Janko for showing how to be a passionate enthusiast whilst still being able to critique something you love.

Hopefully Porsche had a different team designing the new 718 Spyder as I'm really leaning in that direction. I can forgive almost everything he dislikes but... a sports car has to sound good.

Wow. That viewpoint of the spoiler is amazing. It's totally ugly and massive.

Other than that, I love the car. Hopefully my 992 GT3 will have the nubbin changed out.

It would appear that the list of things to 'improve' in the 2.2 cars has a number of entries, with the shifter at the top of the list.

Great Vid.

I (including others) have been regularly calling out all these flaws since launch day. To me 992.1 will just not age well. I am hoping for Turbo to have a better interior, if not GT3 is there (I just hope they do not neuter it for this current generation).

Not being able to see all the dash guages well is a flat out fail.

Sock on the tiny winy nubbin was too funny (he had that too on this first video about the 992 also)....my wife just said some funny NSFW comments (you all can imagine). She totally disapproves of the 992.1 - told me to wait for 992 Turbo interior (I doubt they will change it) and GT3

The starting scene with the sewing machine may be the best opening ever.

And now it sounds like there is a recall on the cup holder (at least that is what I read today in the "no cup holder" thread). Just seems like there were some major unforced errors with the 992.1 and the car has not even really reached customers in the USA yet. There are potentially more "nubbin gates," "cupholder gates" and "I can't see all the dials on the digital dash gates" to come.
