Default Most ridiculous option ever?

Now available on the US configurator for only $560:

Upgraded owner's manual wallet in leather with deviated stitching, hidden magnetic catch, and embossed “Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur” logo.

If not specified, by default the:
  • Leather binding outside and inside will be in interior color
  • Stitching will be in interior color
  • Note: With two-tone leather interior colors the darker color will be assigned to the outer leather binding. The lighter color will be assigned to the inner leather binding and stitching.
The following parts can be specified in deviated colors:
  • Outer leather binding
  • Inner leather binding
  • Stitching

Ridiculous? Probably. But, I'd still consider it . . .

Hmm, I'm not sure the leather-covered AC vents will ever be topped in the Most Ridiculous Option category.

At first I thought it was a real Porsche wallet but it's just an updated binder cover for your owner's manual for $560. I vote +1 for most ridiculous.

Owner's Manual Wallet in Carbon Fiber is $1040. Really gives me second thoughts about buying the car altogether.

I actually am ok with the leather covered owners manual. Lots of premium vehicles have them. I’m at a loss to explain why anyone would pay for leather covered A/C vents.

Plenty of silly over-priced things for sale in this world. Plenty of people buying them too.

The leather vents are awesome.

Carbon fiber floor mats are the most ridiculous standard option in my opinion. Mainly because they are about $1000 last about 100 miles if you wear shoes in the car.

How about a complete leather frunk with deviated stiching? Yes, that is correct. I know someone that purchased a Turbo S Exclusive Series with that option. I don't know how much, so use your imagination.

lol, +1 on that! ... and paying for back lit door sills. My $32,000 Ford Mustang came with that for no extra charge.

My Cayenne Turbo S has some silly ones like:

Leather vent slats and surrounds.
Leather seat bases.
Leather surrounds on the rear monitors.
Leather fuse covers.
Leather covering the 18 way seat switches.
Leather rear view mirror and sunroof light panel surround.

Of course deviating leather seats and stitching everywhere... $3,000 for carbon grab handles? Sure, Why not!

The Turbo Exclusive? 62 options and even the leather vent slats are deviating color!

Damn interiors are so nice some passengers want to take off their clothes before getting in!

Perhaps leather edged silk floor mats would have gotten the shoes off?
