Default Can I put an order in for a 992 GT3 yet?

I missed the boat with the 991.1 back in the day, and was wondering if I could hit up a dealer for the GT3 allocation (eventually).

Is it too early or too late?

OP, call your local dealers and expand your search if needed. Many of the good-guy dealers have either started lists or have rolled over the 991.2 wait lists.

Put a deposit down and agree to pay the ADM up front. Can you get dealers to sign contracts to assure the allocation?

This early in the game no one should be committing to an ADM, especially with so many 991.2 GT3s now sitting and no one knowing what the market will be once the 992 GT3 comes out.

Many dealers play games, but not all. If a trusted dealer sends me an email saying I'm "#X on the list for a 992 GT3 allocation, with MSRP pricing" then that's good enough for me. Is anything ever guaranteed, no, but I don't think the OP is crazy for trying to lock down an allocation at this point.

With my past business at the same dealer, I think I would have a chance of getting a verbal for a GT3 at MSRP. You obviously have spent enough $ on Porsches to get your GT allocations. The OP may not have the same status. What I'm trying to say is, If you want the car without having the purchase history to leverage, pay up. Will the economy tank between now and the release of the next GT3? Possibly. But if it doesn't, the ADM will be there. The game will be the same. I don't think the 991 GT3 inventory will matter much because if the economy is still strong, people will have the money to buy the newest, coolist ****.

I have a deposit from one year ago for the 992 GT3 RS(2021-2022). But i think that the way it works is that the dealer is just kepping you the deposit, initial deposit was for a 991.2 GT3. Dodn't know if they will have taken new deposit directly for 992 RS.

Good question by the OP and I am in the same boat. I want to be in a 992 GT3 in two years via another European Delivery. I've bought two other European Delivery Porsches from the same guy but now I moved. Hopefully he will get me on a list even though I am out of his area now. Previously he had told me that they wouldn't sell GT cars to out of area buyers because of all the flippers and pressure from PCNA to stop the flipping behavior. Going to email him today. Crossing fingers.

Most dealers have established customers who are not on the list and never will be, but they get first round of allocations. Talk to your dealer, let them know of your interest and see how it goes.

Okay, I'm checking into rehab somewhere in Malibu. I'm quitting Rennlist ADM/value topics immediately.
The only problem is rehab costs $25,000. I need that money to cover the ADM on the 992 GT3......
Somebody help me, I'm a very sick person.

I would still cover yourself and have a purchase agreement stating the price. Otherwise they can easily negate on the deal and sell to someone else.

Personally, I only want a GT3 in manual....nothing else.
