Why would you order a 992 without the eventual hybrid gear?

IMO 992 gt3rs will be hybrid as they’d still offer manual gt3t alongside gt3 perhaps with 520hp like 991.2 gt3rs

Agreed. I think the 992 GT3 RS will likely be the first hybrid but there are also talks about Porsche retaining the manual transmission as an option in the hybrid GT3 models. I won’t pretend to understand the technical side of it but there is a discussion in the GT forums that explains how it would work in a bit more detail.

The 992.1 is a half *** model which is a placeholder for an even bigger train wreck on the horizon. Get a Hellcat if you want a rocket.

I have real difficultly believing that a well informed Porsche 911 buyer would be inclined to spend significant money making their sports car heavier and more complex all to save a few bucks on fuel or worse, as an attempt to make mostly insignificant reductions in greenhouse gas output while creating the appearance of being environmentally friendly.
I agree that cars are becoming outdated more quickly but also believe that this is extremely problematic and in almost direct opposition to being efficiency or Eco friendly when the complete life cycle of the vehicle is factored in. The manufacturing of a vehicle consumes significant energy and resources both before and after it's useful life as a driving machine.
It's even worse when we factor the incredible cost and debt burden of steep depreciation placed upon the consumer who either will lease or own these rapidly obsolete vehicles.

Hybrid systems are not implemented for performance reasons. They were originally and currently implemented for fuel efficiency and reduced emissions. The “performance gains” are purely a fortunate side effect to an unfortunate system and automakers are pushing the marketing on that performance aspect in order to boost sales on these cars that would otherwise be written off as an expensive and ambitious version of a Prius.

Porsche themselves demonstrated the tech with 918 and their endurance race car.
Sorry but your perceptive is off (or old).
