Henry is my favorite by far. Just a great presenter.

yaa he is good , as i said in another post, he liked the steering in 991.1 4s over 2s and now likes it in RWD format for 992. Ii think the engine sound is close to 991.2 , may be not the same but very different from 991.1 NA
GTS i think will be phenominal

Has he experienced RWS in a 991.2? He spends a good amount of time being impressed with things we had in the previous gen. Not clear to me how much of his commentary is exclusive to 992.

I love Henry's videos....for some odd reason he always reminds me of David Tennant who plays my "Doctor Who"...everyone has their fav Doctor...lol
This is the best review I have seen so far.....yah...more and more 992 is growing on me (I still hate the nubbin & misplaced 3rd brake light).....if it drives much better...certain other things seem to fade away....

kinda obvious he was saying nice things about the car because he wants to stay in Porsche good graces.
Watch this video back to back with the video of him reviewing the 991.2 GT3 manual and see the difference in his review. Rather obvious which one hes actually passionate about.

I think it was very telling that he was effusive throughout the review - it clearly had a positive impact. Also seeing the car on the move brings out some of the exterior design features more. Also guards red and sun - good combo

He reviewed several 991s over the years, so yes. And it's not like everything remained the exact same and nothing changed. No issue with him being impressed with RWS if it works well in the 992 and perhaps even better than before. Cars out there where it doesn't work so well.

I guess If you like the 992 then when he says, “I really really like....” that means he likes something.
If you do not like the 992 then when he says, “I really really like...” that means he must be getting paid by Porsche or he did not show as much emotion as he did when he reviewed the 991 a few years. Amazing that now we critique the Car Reviewers based on the inflection in their voices.

Most disliked the electric steering, many decried the PDK and after that the 7 speed manual, some complained about the size and weight compared to the 997- although it weighed less and a was something like 1.2 in longer, and they were confused by the 3.4 in longer wheelbase. Then there was the extreme apoplexy about losing the NA exhaust note with the 991.2.
Recent comments about door handles (revealing ignorance about how to use them) are just fluff compared to the initial 991 crisis.
They look as silly now as the recent forum commentators who have not been near the 992, let along having driven one.
