Default Things hope reviewers talk about as more tests are done

1) Any improvement in buffeting with sunroof in the coupe
2) Measurable road noise and if better than 991
3) is pdk shift feel and speed the same ?, chris Harris was no too thrilled with the upshift feel in the 992
4) How PASM additional drop does affects ride quality on average B roads if any
5) Cab handling compared to coupe and
6) any Audio improvements in Bose and Burmester

Like that list.

7) With the performance gap closing on the S and Turbo (TT, TTS) models, how does the GTS fit in?

Just asking

Is the gap closing? Carreras are getting more powerful but so are the Turbos. Some even speculate the next Turbo will have around 650 hp.

Hoping they will touch on interior road noise, exterior engine noise with some detailed exhaust loading audio from the outside of the car. PDK upshift feel and veracity particularly in sport modes...one of the things I loved about my 991.1 was how those up shifts banged through with a bit of a jolt.

Also, considering the engine packaging....how is routine maintenance performed ? What do the engineers say regarding service intervals and longevity? Can the bumper be removed easily for maintenance purposes after warranty expiration?

Can't say, as the cars I drove had no hole in the roof.

Definitely better than in 991.2 coupe.

Same enough to me, and maybe a bit better. They got rid of the "bang" on upshifts in Sport Plus, which always seemed like a gimmick to me.

Car I drove had Sport PASM and it was great on average quality B roads. And I do mean great. At least as good as 991.2 with PASM or Sport PASM, and probably better.

Didn't drive the just-announced Cabriolet, and they only had one for display only, so far as I saw.

Never turned the stereo on. Sorry! Sometimes you have to prioritize on these deals…and I felt a review of the driving dynamics more important than PCM, audio, etc—stuff people can figure out on a dealer test drive and a long sit in one at a dealer. Good roads + track + 992 = make the most of the drive for my readers. Generalist titles may have more/better info here.

If there is one thing I wish could be cooled off a bit is the tire noise. I know its a challenge given how massive the rear tires have become, but for those of us who use these for commuting on highways the tire noise is by far the biggest drawback.
