Just a FYI, posted over on the LA Auto Show Thread:
"No real news here but my dealer just confirmed the date - Nov 27! She also told be that the configurator will be available on Nov 27. I'll get one of the first production slots for March delivery in Switzerland. Therefore, only 15 days left!

Yes there is.... on the Germany configurator as an optional item under the "engine, transmission and chassis" category.
It's called: 90-liter fuel tank (~23.8 gallons).
