Turbo S Black/ Heritage Journal
 

Hello everyone,

I'm happy to be back in a Porsche, I just collected a Turbo S in black over heritage/ cognac interior, Satin Aurum Wheels, Sport Design Package, Lift system, PCCBs in Black, Sport Exhaust, Matrix Headlights, Burmester sound system and some other goodies.

I had a 991 GT3 that I used daily for 8 years and put well over 100,000 KMS on it, I sold it in the end of 2022.
Its been through many phases as you can see below:D, it had a few wraps, decal kits, HRE wheels, Carbon exterior and interior, roll cage, an Akrapovic, and an IPE exhaust

Once I sold that car, I went and put a deposit on an Audi R8, since it was the last year of production. I was told 8 months, 6 months down the line I found out the car would be delayed another year. I canceled and pulled my deposit.
I ended up getting an F8 Tributo, I had it for a year then sold it. Great car, but I wanted something I could use more, and drive daily.

I ended up selling last last month, I also now have a new born son. I wanted something with back seats, I looked into Turbos and found one with only 500 kms and had a great deal on, too good to pass. Also, the spec in my opinion was perfect.
I plan on getting some monoblock forged wheels from HRE, still deciding on design and size.
Looking into getting an Akrapovic exhaust as well
Also, looking into the options of lowering the car

lol i live in a hot country and wouldnt buy a car without cooled seats as i sweat more than most people. However, in my 991 gt3 i was fine. I had the comfort seats and the middle alcantara part was fine. Since the middle of the heritage seat is fabric its fine, also car is tinted to block the heat. So far ive had no issues

I know some of the guys aren’t crazy on those Aurum wheels but I think they’re awesome. I like the Exclusive Design wheel in black(with machined faces) which I just bought on top of the standard Turbo S wheel we ordered with the car that my wife preferred at the time but now, I have won out 🙂. I don’t know if I would change anything on your car….very very sweet.

Is that '911' decal on the dash factory? if not where are they from?

Thanks for the kind words, I didn't spec the car but I do like them. I will probably be getting some aftermarket wheels soon. In a similar color to match the side decal, and it also works with the interior.

Yes its OEM as mentioned and is part of the Heritage pack, I do believe you can buy them through suncoast.

How do you feel about the aurum wheels in person? Hard colour to capture ? Was very much on the fence, would love more pics if you get the time!
