Received confirmation of February build yesterday. No PTS or CXX on my build so pretty straightforward. Traded my '22 GT3T at MSRP (what I paid) and receiving the ST at MSRP. Been buying from the same dealer since '88.

Nice to hear that your dealer is taking care of you. Is your dealer in CA, AZ, or PA?

I’m glad you try; the info you’re privy to is really valuable to enthusiasts like myself. You’ve got front row tickets, while others can only stand on their tippy toes peering over the fence hoping to catch a glimpse of the show.

I've heard from multiple dealers that they are looking for 200k ADM. As soon as allocations were released, the phones were lighting up lol. Seems like most dealers are in the 1-3 range for allocations.
I've also heard from one dealer who reads the Porsche "deal" differently and refuses to charge ADM because Porsche can force the car to be given back after 12 months (as he reads it), so he thinks it would be unconscionable to force an ADM on a car you might not be able to keep. Now, I don't imagine there is a world in which Porsche would force people to turn in those leases after 12 months, but who knows what is possible anymore.
