It was also standard on the 991.2 GT3.

I'm going to have to really concentrate to actually do this because it is totally unnatural. I will feel like I am going to destroy the transmission the first time I try this.

Its so unnatural!!

Also, the one thing that bugs me is that on every restart, the drive mode goes into normal. It appears the auto-blip function in normal also resets to off at the same time.

going to have to develop habit of turning on sport mode all the time.

I think having the car default to using the Auto Start-Stop (Normal is only mode that uses it) is some kind of a legal requirement (in some markets, at least).

Maybe dealers are able to change this with PWIIS??

Yeah, Notmal has three settings that always reset when you turn the car off: Auto-blip, Sport exhaust, and Auto start.

Annoying, but I guess I’ll just develop the pattern of turning the **** when I start the car. Maybe I’ll program the Instrument cluster with some hideous setup for “normal” that will remind me to turn to sport/track mode.

Looks Phenomenal. I was lucky to see my first GT3 in person over the weekend, it was Shark Blue as well. Stunning in person.

I hope dealers can. I hate that. Same with my Audi and it drives me nuts. Let me know if you are able to find a remedy.
