Current milestone on TYD shows stage #4 - start production. While current status shows stage #1.

Mine is correct. Not sure why yours looks like that. Have you tried looking at the web based version of TMD?

tnx, yep, both Mac Safari, iPhone Safari and MyPorsche app look the same. It has been stuck on stage #1 while TYD is progressing.

I had a similar experience, so I wouldn't worry about it even though I know it's frustrating. The My Porsche homepage and the TYD journey status isn't always synced. For example, my car completed production on 9/8 yet the main screen didn't move from Phase 2 to 3 until 9/20. Based on what I've experienced, the dates in the TYD journey are the right ones to follow. When you see that 04 number in the Start Production red circle turn into a checkmark, then I think that indicates production has started and you should move to Phase 2/4 on the homepage.

Yeah same here , mine stated in production while it is in the middle of the Atlantic , usually every Friday it fixes itself

Well my car finally showed up today without the TPMS chip. The dealership had no idea that it was coming today and it showed up first thing this morning. Sat in port for 3 1/2 weeks. Now the waiting game for the chip to come in but at least I can go see it in person.

I think they're doing some massive update or unexpected outage. I get the same experience on the website and TYD app.

It’s crazy how dumb some dealers are about incoming cars I’m sure there’s ways for them to know. I think some of them are lazy.

I for one wont rave about my sales guy, however my GM has been amazing!!
